Jyothi Ashram

The Ashram provides yoga Back to the roots, a full packets to for fill Self awareness thru yoga. Next to Yoga asana's Yin- Vinyasa- Tibetian- Acro, we will offer lectures, meditation, pranayama and Satsangs. In the Evening we finish with singing together during Kirtan and Bhajan. Beginners and intermediate are all welcome.
